We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from True. True processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. True has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. True is required to maintain confidentiality under the agreement. True has no access to our inbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.


Payment processors

In3
We use the in3 platform to handle (part of) the payments in our web store. In3 processes your name, address and place of residence information and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. In3 has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. In3 reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymous) data with third parties in that context. In3 in the case of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility), you share personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies. Kiyoh
We collect reviews via the Kiyoh platform. If you leave a review via Kiyoh then you are required to provide your name, place of residence and e-mail address. Kiyoh shares this information with us, so that we can link the review to your order. Kiyoh also publishes your name and place of residence on its own website. In some cases, Kiyoh may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and email address with Kiyoh. They only use this information for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. Kiyoh has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Kiyoh reserves the right to engage third parties for the purpose of providing the service, for which we have given permission to Kiyoh. Kiyoh keeps your personal data as long as you keep the review published on the platform. CCV
We collect reviews via the Ccv platform. If you leave a review via Ccv then you are required to provide your name, place of residence and e-mail address. Ccv shares this information with us, so that we can link the review to your order. Ccv also publishes your name and place of residence on its own website. In some cases Ccv can contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and email address with Ccv. They only use this information for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. Ccv has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Ccv reserves the right to engage third parties for the purpose of providing the service, for which we have given permission to Ccv. All the above-mentioned safeguards with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of the services for which CVV engages third parties.

Shipping and logistics

PostNL
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL for the delivery. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and city details with PostNL. PostNL uses this information only for the performance of the agreement. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL also makes your data available to these parties.

MyParcel
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of MyParcel to perform the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and city details with MyParcel. MyParcel only uses this data for the performance of the agreement. In the event that MyParcel engages subcontractors, MyParcel also makes your data available to these parties.
 

Invoicing and accounting

MoneyBird
We use the services of MoneyBird to keep track of our administration and accounting. We share your name, address and place of residence details and details regarding your order. This data is used for administering sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored protected, MoneyBird has taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized use. MoneyBird is required to maintain confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. MoneyBird does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.
 

Purpose of data processing

We use your data solely for the purpose of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment that you provide. Cooperation with tax and criminal investigations

In appropriate cases, Cloxstar may be held to share your information in connection with tax or criminal investigation by the government on the basis of a legal obligation. In such a case we are forced to share your data, but we will oppose this within the possibilities that the law offers us.
 

Retention periods

We keep your data for as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also regard this as a forget request. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must keep invoices with your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable period runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced as a result of your assignment.
Your rights

On the basis of the applicable Dutch and European legislation, you as a data subject have certain rights with regard to the personal data processed by or on behalf of us. We explain below what these rights are and how you can invoke these rights.

In principle, in order to prevent abuse, we will only send copies and copies of your data to your e-mail address already known to us. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days.
